Odds of winning depend on the number of entries. 

You must be 17 years or older to win unless stated in other contest rules.

Prizes will be mailed using US Postal Services regular mail unless requested by winner to pick up the prize at our Barre studios during business of hours between 9am and 5pm, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.

Nassau Broadcasting Contests could include all stations owed and operated by Nassau Broadcasting Partners, LP and are open to listeners residing in New York, Vermont & New Hampshire.

Employees, agents, successors, immediate family, interns, and assignees of Nassau Broadcasting Partners, L.P., its advertisers, advertising agencies, or promotional partners are ineligible to win Nassau Broadcasting Contests.

Employees of any radio station in the Montpelier, Waterbury and St. JohnsburyTotal Survey Area as designated by Arbitron, are ineligible to win contests on 107.1 Frank-fm (W.O.R.K.).
The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren.

Nassau Broadcasting is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged or mutilated mail or entries.

Entries will be void if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, photocopied, electronically or physically tampered with.

By calling the Nassau Broadcasting Request Lines at any time, you acknowledge that your call and/or voice may be used on the air.

Nassau Broadcasting designees may also use names and likenesses of Nassau Broadcasting Contest Winners for promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

All submitted materials become the property of Nassau Broadcasting.

Nassau Broadcasting is not responsible for issues regarding telephones and cellular phones, including hang-ups and disconnections, power outages or other Acts of God or Chances of Fate, which render the studio telephones or broadcasting equipment inoperative.

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold sponsors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death, Acts of God and property damage. By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this sweepstakes.

All claims are subject to verification by Nassau Broadcasting, whose decision is final.

Prizewinner must show positive proof of identification.

Nassau Broadcasting contests are void where prohibited.

Any person winning over $599 in prizes from any of the Nassau Broadcasting Stations will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

All federal, state, and local laws apply. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash and/or any other prize.

Nassau Broadcasting reserves the right to change contest rules, and/or dates at any time without additional notice.

Nassau Broadcasting reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

107.1 Frank-FM<contests may run in conjunction with other Nassau Broadcasting owned and/or operated stations in Vermont and New Hampshire.

Prizes must be picked up at the Studios, unless otherwise stated, within 30 days of winning the prize. Prizes not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited. Proof of identity must be presented when picking up a prize.
